At XBoard, we are committed to high quality production and customer service.  Our merchandise is thoroughly checked and tested to ensure top notch quality control.  If you have any problems, concerns or questions regarding your purchase, please contact XBoard directly.  Please be patient and kind, and remember we are only human! We are busy building boards for all our customers but will answer you.  We want to give you the best, and we will respond to your inquiries.  

XBoard is unable to accept returns.  All sales are final.

For all clothing, we will exchange sizes. 


Shipping rates and delivery estimates with be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Shipping estimates and delivery times are calculated by the carrier, not XBoard.

Customs, Tax and Duty

XBoard ships worldwide, but XBoard is not responsible for any customs or tax applied to your order.  All fees are the responsibility of the customer.





By purchasing our product, the buyer, rider, user, operator, owner, heirs, executor, assigned or personal representative, are hereinafter collectively referred to as CUSTOMER.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for awareness and obedience of all local and state laws regarding riding an electric skateboard in their area.  

The CUSTOMER is responsible for understanding the basic knowledge required to safely assemble, maintain, and operate our electric skateboard.

The CUSTOMER understands that electric skateboarding is an action sport with inherent risks, including risk of injury, paralysis, deformation and/or death, and accepts personal liability for these risks.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for the physical integrity, maintenance and safety assessment of the lithium ion battery in the electric skateboard.


By purchasing our product the CUSTOMER hereby agrees to waive all rights, release and forever discharge XBoard LLC, their affiliates, associates, managers, members, agents, owner, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and/or any other associate entity (hereinafter collectively referred to as RELEASEES), from all liabilities, claims, causes of action of any nature whatsoever related to the owning, using or operating of the electric skateboard, brought by the CUSTOMER, third parties or anyone on behalf of the CUSTOMER or third parties.

The CUSTOMER further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the RELEASEES against any and all claims, lawsuits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation brought by the CUSTOMER, third parties, or anyone on behalf of the CUSTOMER, including attorneys’ fees and any related cost.

If the CUSTOMER does not agree to these terms, please DO NOT PURCHASE our product.



This agreement outlines the warranty coverage supplied by XBoard LLC, hereinafter to be called the COMPANY, to the USER, which is defined as an individual who has purchased Legendary (hereinafter to be called the PRODUCT) in a retail establishment or via an online storefront as approved by the COMPANY or a COMPANY-authorized sales representative.  The COMPANY warrants that the PRODUCT will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months, beginning on the shipping date.  If something happens in the first 10 days (beginning on the shipping date), the shipping both ways will be paid by the COMPANY.  Between 11 days and 6 months, shipping to the COMPANY will be paid by the USER, and the COMPANY will cover return shipping back to the USER, if the repairs are under warranty.


If the PRODUCT proves defective and a claim is filed during the warranty period, the COMPANY, at its discretion, will:

  1. Repair the PRODUCT by means of telephone support, email support, or by providing service at no charge for parts or labor
  2. Replace the PRODUCT with a comparable PRODUCT which may be new or refurbished.
